Student Pricing Access

To access student pricing for the conference, please complete the attached declaration form and email it to aasc2024conf@gmail.com. Your eligibility will be verified upon receipt.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. If you cancel your registration before 1 August 2024, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, for cancellations on or after 1 August 2024 you are not entitled to any refund. Partial refunds may still be considered depending on circumstances and the amount of unrecoverable costs. Please email aasc2024conf@gmail.com to apply for a cancellation refund.
